Toruism Policy

Every central or state government incentive policy requires the project to get register under the respective policy with requisite documents. Thereafter the projects are required to obtain the necessary registration certificate i.e. provisional registration certificate followed by final registration certificate, which enables them to claim various type of incentives or other benefits eligible to them.

Star rating certification

Star rating instils trust in Customer that the Hotels maintains top notch quality of standards, hygiene, and cleanliness. The Star Rating Certification is granted from the Hotel and Restaurant Association Classification Committee (HRACC), Ministry of Tourism, India. Our expertise helps our clients in getting the right Star Classification and our strong liaising with Central and State Government Authorities makes the process smoother and easy.

Detailed project report

Project report is a document which gives an account of the project proposal to ascertain the prospects of the proposed plan/activity, Financial analyses & economic viability of the project. The DPR is intended specially for the banks and financial institutions, as also for various Government Departments, Boards and the organizations constituted by Central and State Governments as Implementing Agencies for the implementation of various schemes of funding through incentives, subsidies etc.

Stamp Duty Exemption

We help our client in getting stamp duty exemption levied at the time of purchasing of any land, entering into leave and license agreement, conversion charges levied at the time of converting agricultural, residential and industrial land into land for commercial use for operating hotels or other tourism projects.

GST Refund

Goods and Services Tax (‘GST’) is applicable on stay, foods and beverages and other facilities provided by hotels and other tourism projects ranging from 12% to 18%. We help our clients in claiming 50 to 100% State GST paid on sales.

Allotment of additional FSI

FSI defines the ratio of the total built-up area of a building to the total area of the plot on which the building stands. It essentially determines how much construction can occur on a specific piece of land. We help our client in analyzing, computing, structuring and optimizing the FSI.

Electricity duty exemption

Energy charges is the major component of expense for any business entity specially in tourism sector. Electricity duty is charged by various states on electricity tariff which accounts in the range of 8% for industrial units to 21 % for commercial units (INR 1/unit to INR 4 / unit) We help our clients in getting stamp duty exemption from State electricity boards and private players.

Industrial Status and Exemption

Industrial status helps the clients procuring electricity at industrial rates rather than commercial rates.
